For candidates who are actively seeking employment or considering making a change and would like free tips and advice on interviewing; resumes and much more…register at www.career.dontinterviewaudition.com The Recruiter is primarily responsible for working closely with Hiring Managers to identify staffing requirements and to source talent in order to meet the needs of the organization. • Coordinate with Supervisor and Hiring Managers to identify departmental hiring needs • Posting available positions, reviewing resumes, and scheduling and conducting interviews with prospective employees. • Coordinating Campus Recruiting Program including; researching Canadian universities and college programs, coordinating campus partners, creating national job fair schedule, coordinating campus visits and information sessions and attending career fairs • Assist HR team with the implementation of Talent Acquisition Strategies • Sourcing and negotiating partnerships with national recruiters and headhunters to assist with hiring needs • Administrative duties include; weekly and monthly reporting of recruiting activity and candidate follow-up • Assist Supervisor with employment branding initiatives, diversity programs, on boarding strategies and employee recognition programs. |
