The candidate must be able to speak to a crowd of 300 people and more. The candidate should be comfortable on camera and TV. The candidate should have integrity, talent, drive, possess leadership skills, be highly self-motivated and confident with the ability to interact well with others • Knowledgeable about the organizations products, services and strategies • Engage attendees at seminars in the presentation of the services and courses offered by the organization • Aim for a minimum of 30% or more closing ratio at all seminars • Business dress code at all presentations • Work closely with seminar attendants to develop, implementation timeline and ensure seminars runs smoothly • Attendance at all internal company meetings and seminar sessions • Candidate MUST be comfortable with hours and willing to travel |
