The Business Analyst will also be asked to perform proactive investigations to surface opportunities for process improvements as well as assist in the preparation of functional and technical specifications for newly proposed systems solutions, and assist in preparing and executing test plans for all changes and enhancements, and keep all end user training documentation current. Specific tasks include: • Analysis of business issues and processes, develop system solutions • Validate and test new solutions • Project assistance |
| Requirements: | • College diploma in computer science (software programming oriented) or bachelor’s degree in a related field • Minimum of 5 years experience of professional experience in IT related responsibilities such as software implementation programs, IT departmental support, development or configuration. Demonstrated experience with SAP obtained by participating in either SAP implementation projects or training programs • Strong knowledge of SD and FiCO modules and also good understanding of BI environments, namely SAP-BW and Microsoft-SQL • Proficient use of MS Project, Power Point, Visio, Outlook and Excel • Able to develop flowcharts, swim lanes, context diagrams and other graphical representations to describe business processes in a clear manner • Workshop facilitation experience related to business requirements and information gathering • Strong communication, analytical and problem solving skills Please respond to zag@careerconnectionsinc.com with the title "IT Business Analyst - SAP" in the subject line.
