For candidates who are actively seeking employment or considering making a change and would like free tips and advice on interviewing; resumes and much more…register at www.career.dontinterviewaudition.com In this role you will act as a key member of a strong management team. •Lead and manage all aspects of the Continuous Improvement, Technical training, Quality and Facilities departments including people, processes and results. •Develop and implement a 1-2 year business plan. •Identify, lead and support national operational improvement initiatives that improve turnaround time, cost and quality leading to profitable business growth. •Provide operational leadership, planning and implementation of 6 Sigma/Lean initiatives, compliance and quality programs, facilities and technical support. •Develop, measure and improve various laboratory operations and customer service metrics. •Implement Root Cause Corrective Action processes to identify, monitor and control factors affecting process quality performance. •Implement Quality programs and initiatives that will reduce/minimize process variation. |
| Requirements: | •A University degree in engineering or business is strongly preferred coupled with an exhibited background of impact and leadership in continuous improvement, Six Sigma and/or Lean. •Knowledge of external factors that impact operations, customer service and quality. •An interactive style that works with all levels, creates engagement and initiates positive action and results. •Operational excellence coupled with the capability to build a 1-2 year business plan.
