YOu will also assume responsibility for the management of the Business Intelligence Analysts. You will report directly to the Associate Director, Business Development. This role does have direct reports so previous management/supervisory experience is essential. Some of your day to day responsibilities will include: Chairing of the Pre-Pipeline Committee Co-ordinator for Pipeline Committee meetings Key liaison with Corporate Portfolio Management Group Provide recommendations to the Pipeline Committee with regards to continuation or termination of existing projects Provide Business/Product Intelligence to management on new and existing projects Identify the need for licensing in products to support in-house development Provide necessary analytical support and resource to the Business Intelligence Analysts, the Associate Director or Vice-President of Business Development as required Competitor benchmarking |
| Requirements: | The successful candidate will possess: University Degree, or an MBA with minimum 5 years working experience in the pharmaceutical/generic industry A background in portfolio management, pharmaceutical development, patent, regulatory affairs or market research would be preferred Understanding of patents, patent law, pharmaceutical commercial strategies, etc. Proficient with MS Office software Ability to drive a process through to completion Bilingual (French/English) a strong asset Please respond to zag@careerconnectionsinc.com with the title "Portfolio Manager" in the subject line.
