All training and support programs will be provided and paid for. Most importantly, you must have written and passed the Mutual Fund exam or CSC. Once completed, this will qualify you to start the 5 week Career Training 1 program (CT1) for which you will be paid $2,500.00 in two installments for the successful completion of training. It is understood that once the CT1 program is completed, you will proceed into the eight week Field Development Program 1 (FDP1). You are required to complete a minimum of 30 appointments during the 8 week Field Training cycle of which your Division Director or Field Trainer will accompany you on 12 appointments to provide the necessary training and advice at this stage of your development Responsibilities: • Continually develop a list of natural or warm market leads together with other marketing strategies to build your client base. • Must have an implemented business plan, including an ongoing marketing system which you will learn during CT1. • Must acquire your Certified Financial Planner designation within three years of completing CT1. • Obtain your insurance license within 6 months of completing CT1 & will receive a $500.00 bonus for doing so.
Requirements:	• Professional designation from or current enrollment in the Certified Financial Planners Council of Canada (PI. Fin.
