We are currently seeking a Bilingual (French/English) Customer Service Representative. The successful incumbent would be responsible for corresponding to customers via telephone (inbound calls), email and letters, troubleshooting customer concerns in a timely manner, research of customer inquiries as well as escalating customer concerns to District Managers and Sales Managers. |
| Requirements: | The successful incumbent would be confident in writing and speaking both English and French, possess excellent interpersonal and communication skills, be enthusiastic, take initiative in a growth oriented environment as well as be a team player with a positive attitude.
